How Can I Lose My Fat Belly and Get a Flat Stomach?
Let's face the facts, belly fat is stubborn! Most of us want a flat stomach which raises the question, how can I lose my fat belly? Wouldn't it be nice if all we had to do was to plug in an electrical waist band while we watched television and just shocked or bellies into flatness. Maybe just jump on an Ab Cirlce and bust the belly fat away in 30 minutes a day. Oh, to dream. My fat belly did not disappear that easily it was stubborn stuff. I bet yours is a bit stubborn as well. If so then read on for some of the things I did to lose my fat belly.
You cannot turn fat into muscle. I hear this a lot, people just want to do some sit-ups or crunches and turn that stubborn belly fat into muscle. Hey folks, fat and muscle are two different parts of the body. The bottom line is that you can add fat but you cannot add more muscle. Let me quickly explain. You have all the muscle you will ever have. When we say build muscle we are talking about enlarging you present muscle not actually added more muscle. Fat on the other hand gets added to the body by eating the wrong food and by living a sedentary lifestyle. So you need to eliminate fat and build muscle.
Eliminate fat by eating properly. Eat foods that help to speed up the metabolism not slow it down and there are plenty of both kinds. You will need to do some research to find the right ones but that is really not that hard to do. Believe it or not all the good for you food does not taste like cardboard and in fact most of it is pretty tasty. The key is to discover them. Eating correctly helped me lose my belly fat.
Build muscle by resistance training. Cardio exercise is good and you need to have some in your daily life but resistance training is what will help you to burn fat faster. Muscle is metabolically active and it dictates metabolism. Fat will not disappear if you are not building your muscle. Get yourself a good muscle building routine at least three time a week. You do not have to spend hours a day but you do have to do some in order to get rid of that stubborn belly fat that has been covering up those great looking abs. Getting going with my resistance training helped me to lose my fat belly and get back that flat stomach I had before I turned thirty.

How to Get Rid Of Back Fat
How to Get Rid Of Back Fat Along With Your belly Fat
Have you asked yourself the question how to get rid of back fat? It really is pretty simple, if you eat less and exercise more some of the fatty deposits will disappear. That certainly is an easy answer, but what foods do I eat and what exercises do I do to get rid of my back fat? I think that you first need to realize that you can get rid of your belly fat at the same time you get rid of your back fat. And, in fact, they really go together like peas in a pot.
The other day I was ordering my once every two week favorite fast food sandwich and the young women (late 30’s) had on a pair of low slung jeans. I suppose to show off here lower back tattoo. However, it also showed off her lower back fat which really was not such a pretty sight. She really needed to stop eating at her place of work so often. Yes, I still eat my favorite fast food but in much more moderation than I used to. Since I have lost my belly fat and gotten rid of my back fat I have learned to be a little bit more aware of what I eat and to eat the bad stuff in moderation. It has paid off big time.
Eating right to get rid of back fat.
But I regress, so back to the question how do I get rid of back fat? I have found that I must do at least two things in order to eliminate and keep off my back and belly fat. First I had to change my eating habits. I could no longer eat just any old thing I wanted. I do have to say this was harder than I thought it would be but entirely possible and necessary if you want to get rid of back fat. The conventional diets that are advertised in so many places (just look at the grocery store checkout) are very much bathroom scale focused. You know the drill lose 20 pounds in 20 days or pop this pill and you will be slimmer than slim. You may get rid of back fat but it will not stay off.
The frequency of meals is almost as important as what the meal is composed of. Actually eating the right fats can make you leaner and help you get rid of back fat. You do not have to starve yourself or eat the stuff that tastes like cardboard. And given the right nutritional, caloric count meal you will not be hungry in between your four to five meals a day. Healthy meals that are balanced with proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats set for your individual calories per day will do wonders to get rid of back fat.
Exercising right to get rid of back fat
The second thing we must do to get rid of back fat along with our belly fat is to develop an exercise routine that will fit us as individuals. Realize that you must build strong hip flexors, strong abdominals and strong lower back muscles with a balanced approach. In fact, a balanced approach to exercise will help you to develop a lean mean body and help you to get rid of back fat as well as belly fat. You will notice that the fat on your arms, legs, and buttocks will be reduced as well. I don’t have the space to go into all the different types of exercises there are so you might want to jump over to my website to get more. Listen, you really can get rid of back fat but it will take work to do it.
Of course, if diet and exercise to get rid of back fat is not your cup of tea you could always go in for liposuction and get the back fat sucked out. I have to say that that does not sound like any kind of fun for me. Nothing is a substitute for proper nutrition and exercise in order to get rid of back fat.

How and Why to Quit Smoking
If you are a regular nicotine user? That would include smoking or chewing. If you are, then when you look in the mirror you see a "real" drug addict looking back. You probably did not know that only 15% of regular cocaine users are addicted.
Let me ask you a simple question. Quitting smoking is difficult right? WRONG! Quiting Smoking is only difficult if you don't know how. Thankfully we know how! Click here to learn more on How and Why to Quit Smoking

Smoothie of the Day
You can throw just about anything in a smoothie to enhance its flavor such as honey, tofu, jams, any combination of fruits, peanut butter, juices, etc., but keep in mind it will effect the nutritional values. My wife makes us one each night. Enjoy!
