Tight Money Is All Around
With the onset of a possible recession money is going to get tight for a whole lot of us. We are going to have to live a little bit different as far as spending is concerned. Smoothie of the Day
You can throw just about anything in a smoothie to enhance its flavor such as honey, tofu, jams, any combination of fruits, peanut butter, juices, etc., but keep in mind it will effect the nutritional values. My wife makes us one each night. Enjoy!
BANANA ORANGE TWIST
3 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cups milk
1/2 cups water
1/2 small banana, sliced
5 ice cubes
Combine everything except ice and blend for 15 seconds. Add ice and blend for 2 minutes.

Healthy Apple Smoothie
Give this amazing apple smoothie a try. My wife is making smoothies nightly for us. They are tasty and good for you. I believe they are one of the reasons we have both lost some of our belly fat. We are no longer eating the junk food that has filled our cupboards for years. Here is a simple recipe that tastes great.
AMAZING APPLE SMOOTHIE
2 cups apple sauce
1 cup apple cider
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons Vermont maple syrup
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

My Love Handles Are Not So Big Anymore!
I am really seeing my love handles getting smaller. My belly fat has dwindled away pretty good but those lousy side bulges were giving me the dickens. Finally getting them down. I think it is probably the lean diet that I am indulging in along side the exercises I am being faithful in doing. I will post some recipes and exercises in a few days so stay tuned.
